Majestic Mirage Club

Maluma aka Juan was so entertaining, and the resort’s entertainment crew made our vacation. They were energetic and fun from the first day, bringing us into the activities, dancing with us, and keeping our whole group included. They’d even come find us. Poolside dancing, games, night shows, they made us feel like VIPs throughout the trip. Their enthusiasm never let up, and it felt like they really love their work. If you want a lively, interactive resort atmosphere, the entertainment team makes it unforgettable.

This was my second visit, and the staff are a big reason I keep coming back. Jeffry and Candio were accommodating and easy to deal with, and Lanny was great at his towel job and lovely to chat with. Wellington Alaina and Yimbu kept us happy with quick, quality drinks at the swim-up bar. They remembered our orders and were always up for a conversation. Roberto and the rest of the entertainment staff were fabulous to talk to, always engaging. The trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. I’ll be back and would recommend a vacation here.

The food was delicious, and we also joined one of the volleyball sessions. The staff made it a lot of fun, dancing with us as we played and making the hotel activities worth joining. Juliana was especially helpful on the beach, bringing drinks and organizing activities. When my partner accidentally missed the Spanish class earlier in the day, she found a coworker to give them a one-on-one lesson there at the beach. We’ve stayed at several resorts, and this is by far one of the best for service. I highly recommend Juliana and her coworkers.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Majestic Mirage and, after a long travel day, check-in was almost effortless. The resort was clean and easy to get around, and Osvaldo showed us the grounds, brought us to our room, and explained the amenities. He was also our attentive, very kind concierge, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. We’re not big explorers, but there was still plenty to enjoy. My one issue was that the all-inclusive package gave us access to only a few restaurants. Thanks to Mirage for helping us celebrate 25 years together.
