The beach was a highlight for us, with soft white sand and clear water that was lovely for swimming. We also liked having several pools and beautifully kept grounds to wander around. The rooms were spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had a lovely ocean view. There was plenty for the kids to do at the water park and kids’ club, and the activities team kept everyone busy with games, water aerobics, and evening shows. Food choices across the restaurants were plentiful and delicious, the bars made great cocktails, and fresh fruit was available by the pool all day. From arrival onward, the staff were warm and made us feel at home. It’s close enough to explore Punta Cana but still feels tucked away. We had an incredible all-inclusive stay and would definitely return. Great for families, couples, or anyone after an easy Caribbean vacation.

The daily poolside activities were a lot of fun, and the activities team was great, especially Dana from entertainer. We found the à la carte restaurants really good, too. The rooms and beaches were clean, and the staff were so nice and friendly. We had a super great stay.

The beach was really clean, and all the facilities were lovely. My husband arranged flowers and balloons in our room for my birthday through a service they suggested, which was very cute. The room itself was very nice, though the phone didn’t work for room service. I asked several times for it to be fixed and eventually sorted it out myself. We had a good range of dinners, including Italian, steak, and Asian food, and ate breakfast at the buffet. At lunch we mostly picked up light bites. The food tasted good overall and service was very good everywhere, though one place made us pretty sick. Check-in was late Saturday, and even with open tables we had to wait until 9:30 to be seated, after about half an hour. We had two little kids with us who were screaming, though that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. The concierge tried to sell us on sitting through an upgrade timeshare presentation, but we dodged that. The main thing missing for us was daytime entertainment.

The food was delicious everywhere, and the beach and pools were clean. The staff were great and we had a lovely time. I’m giving it four stars because they tried to sell us a timeshare, and we lost over half a day listening to the pitch. It was annoying.

Calling this all-inclusive feels like a joke. The service was filthy and disrespectful, with staff acting completely indifferent. Bartenders seemed to crawl along to avoid serving guests, and security treated customers like intruders. It was an overpriced, humiliating mess disguised as a vacation. Avoid it at all costs.
