A modern, attractive, well kept complex with spacious shared areas and large pools that can accommodate everyone. It's close to both Bayahibe beach and Dominicus beach.

The condos are well built, with a simple, uncluttered look. The planting is lush, artfully laid out, and maintained well. The setting is clean, manicured, and serene, with gorgeous, well-lit pools and adequate security. Apartments are spacious, and the windows give them good light and ventilation if you like a breeze.

N302 in Estrella Dominicus is in poor shape. The sheets don't fit the bed, all the pillows are stained and dirty, and the current caretaker doesn't look after the place. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms, so the towels are left on the floor. The laundry door has come off, and there are ants all over the counter, sofa, and table. I raised all of this with the caretaker when I arrived. I was meant to stay long term, but after a week of arguing and nothing getting fixed, he just told me I could leave if I didn't like it.

After staying two nights and three days, I can say confidently that I'll come back. It's secure, clean, quiet, safe, and well maintained, with all of that and more. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
