Condo Carla Apart-Hotel

I had a terrible personal experience at this dirty property. My room had roaches, the air conditioner didn’t work, the room wasn’t clean, and some of the lights were out. I ended up buying a bulb and putting it in myself after the handyman refused to do it, saying it was too high up and he had no ladder. I left early because of those problems and other reasons. I asked the owner, who is an attorney, to refund me for the days I wouldn’t be staying. She refused and offered credit for another visit instead. I told her I didn’t want to stay there again, and she never replied, then blocked me. I saved the audio recordings and text messages, and plan to contact the Ministry of Tourism and any other organization I need to. The owner and the run-down, dirty rooms should be exposed. The owner and workers were, in my experience, unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. I would never recommend this place, and no one should stay here. There are plenty of cheap hotels and apartments for rent in BOCA CHICA. Don’t take the risk or put yourself, family, or friends in danger by staying at this run-down place. Stay far away.
