I just want a full refund. I’ve stayed here several times, on my own and with my friend Tyron Pleasant, and in the past they never charged my card until I arrived. This time, I booked through booking.com as usual. The booking page said they would not take money at that time. Less than 30 minutes later, I emailed to cancel. As soon as my email arrived, they charged the full amount to my card. I called and emailed again to cancel, and tried to contact the property by text, but got nowhere. I’m upset because I’ve stayed here before and called to cancel less than half an hour after booking. My complaint can be verified. It seems they know that once they charge a visiting tourist, there’s no way to get the money back.

Vista Marina in Boca Chica is a relaxing place to wake up to turquoise ocean views. The apartment hotel’s rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and it feels like a home away from home. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the beach and local attractions are easy to reach. You can explore Boca Chica or just unwind on the balcony and take in the scenery. It’s a gem for either a weekend or a longer stay. I’ll definitely return, either here or at one of their other locations.

A disappointing start as soon as you arrive. The management team doesn’t communicate, the rooms need a complete upgrade, and the location is difficult to find. The views leave a lot to be desired. Stay away.

The gym was close to the pool, which was nice, and my stay was comfortable and awesome. Everything was very clean. St-Tropez Restaurant is just a few minutes away. I’ll definitely come back next time!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the ocean and beach are literally two minutes away. There are nice restaurants around, too. I recommend it.
