I arrived Saturday at 2:30 pm to find nobody at the front desk. A few minutes later a woman came out and told me our room had been given away because, she said, we hadn't confirmed, even though we had confirmed the day before. She blamed us and said it wasn't her responsibility since she wasn't the person we spoke with about the booking. We spent 15-20 minutes discussing it and kept asking for a manager, but she wouldn't get one. I thought this hotel might work for a short stay, but I was wrong. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Please don't come here.

The rooms were clean and service was good. The hotel is right in the middle of town, which is a perfect location. They could improve the WiFi and put a food and drink menu in the rooms for hotel guests. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The restaurant downstairs had amazing food, which my family and I really enjoyed. The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were accommodating too. I loved staying here!

The hotel has a restaurant and pizzeria, plus an elevator. Renovations are underway, and the owner makes sure you get excellent service. The staff treated me respectfully and kindly, and I thought the hotel was good.
