Hotel pool city

The place was otherwise okay and fairly priced at 1400 pesos a night, but after three nights I found my personal shampoo had been tampered with. On my departure morning, I noticed someone had taken a good portion and added water to bring the level back up. I'd never had that happen in all my travels, and it broke my trust. I won't stay at this hotel again. Room service had brought fresh towels and cleaned the room on my last day, leaving it looking in order, or so I thought.

We only stayed eight days, though our friend had said we were staying nine. Since we'd paid for nine days, we wanted our friend to use the last day, but the hotel refused. They wouldn't refund us either. The manager insisted checkout was after nine days, though it was only eight, and I feel they cheated us. My boyfriend and I had eaten there one day, and the food was nasty. The manager always had a b**** face and didn't even smile. I won't go back.

Don't go. The service was bad. The girl in the office wouldn't even say hi or offer any help. I've never seen anything like it. Bug om the fall and om the floor
