The apartment was nice, with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room, and this was the best price in the area. It’s close to the bars and other places. If you have a choice, ask for a unit facing the pool. There’s a farm on the other side of the building and it gets quite noisy at night, so bring earplugs if you end up there.

I’ve been here since March 16th, and it’s now Sept 15th. I’m in my second rented apartment and have just signed a year-long contract for this one. It’s a decent-sized one bedroom, one bath apartment with a shower and everything I need: an oven, which some units don’t have, an air fryer machine, toaster, and coffee maker. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants, with the beach just across the street. There are plenty of lounge chairs there, but you have to pay to use them, even if you’re eating food from a restaurant. The one issue was when I arrived at 3am after my flight. A couple was in my apartment. The security man moved them to another apartment right away, but I was very tired and upset that they’d been in the bed that was supposed to be clean for me. I slept on top of a cover I’d brought from home. The next day the cleaning lady changed all the bedding, so it was fine after that. Both apartments I’ve had faced the garden area, the first on the ground floor and the second on the second floor. They had secure sliding patio doors with security locks. There are also apartments facing the pool near the entrance. The complex has a 24 hour security man at the front gate, and you can check in whenever you need by getting your keys from him. Andrea, the nice lady who manages the apartments in the office, can help with anything you need. It’s a really friendly, neighborly community. The long term renters and owners are very nice to short time renters. The pool is beautiful and very large, the biggest I’ve seen at other complexes around the area. I love it here and wish I could buy an apartment, but for now I rent.

I emailed them three times asking about rates for a two month stay and never got a reply. No bueno, zero out of five for them.
