Paradise Condos

Beautiful and peaceful place. It would’ve been five stars if the security worker at reception had been a bit nicer when I moved a pool lounger to make room for our group.

I came to Paradise Condos with my in-laws on our first trip to the Dominican Republic. The location and amenities were satisfactory, but the host’s lack of respect and poor customer service marred the experience. This was especially noticeable at the end. The host’s response and attitude significantly affected my overall satisfaction. I hope Viktoriia takes this feedback on board and improves guest service for future visitors.

My family and I had a pleasant stay in Penthouse apartment #301 with Viktoriia, booked through AirBnb. On our last night, the bed broke at 3AM. That wasn’t a problem in itself, and we told the host Viktoriia that morning. Instead of showing empathy, she came in accusing us and assuming we had broken it intentionally. She said she responded that way because of the review we left on AirBnb, which wasn’t even that bad. Please see the attached screenshot. The way she spoke to us, shown in the screenshot, and the lack of professionalism and customer service were baffling. I won’t book with this person again. Very tasteless and classless. DO NOT BOOK!

We love the unit, the immaculately maintained complex, and the service from Victoria so much that we’ve signed a one-year lease. We’re currently renting penthouse unit B301 from Victoria. We moved in the day after the previous tenants left and found that they’d stolen the spare sheets and TV remote controls and broken one TV and the vacuum cleaner. Complete animals. Victoria was extremely helpful, got everything fixed quickly, and was very apologetic about the animals who had stayed there before us.
