I've stayed here many times, and the value is incredible for the comfort, amenities, and everything else. The rooms are super comfortable, there's a hot tub at the back, and the place is huge, with plenty of room for kids to play. The rooftop social area gives you a one of a kind experience. I highly recommend it.

The pool and facilities are comfortable and excellent, and I really like the atmosphere. Maintenance and security could be better, though. The windows have no bars, which is a concern here in the Dominican Republic. I'd come back, and I do recommend it.

It took us 51 minutes to find the hotel after its name had changed. When we got there, the amenities weren't as described, and there was no Wi-Fi or hot water. The place needs refreshing, so we canceled our stay. The staff were friendly and felt sorry for us, though.

The power went out five minutes after we got to the apartment, and it took an hour to come back. After that, the toilet wouldn't work, and neither did the shower 😞. I wouldn't return, and I hope this helps anyone renting in the future.
