The people here are wonderful, and so are the food and accommodations. Everyone working here is happy and very, very accommodating. The bar guys gave excellent service, always attentive and polite. Congratulations to Lissett from Terrace and Oskar & Ismael, you’re the best! One of the best resorts. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second visit, and it won’t be the last. The hotel, service, rooms, and food are better than you’d expect for the star rating and price. The staff in all the restaurants and at the buffet do their jobs perfectly. The bartenders are just as impeccable, keeping guests in a great mood. Special mention to Lisset from the Terrace bar and Ismail from the poolbar. You’re great, as are your colleagues. I just didn’t remember everyone’s names. The animation team kept us entertained too, especially the guy who teaches Salsa and other lessons, whose name was Moreno, I think, as well as Johnny and all the other guys and girls. The food and cocktails are super, and the beach and sea are fabulous. You hardly need to go to Saona. We’ve been there before, so trust me. To all the haters, RUI at Puntq Cana is nice too, we stayed at RUI Palace Bavaro, but we definitely prefer Catalonia Bayahibe. The atmosphere here is much more relaxed. I love spending time here. Carlos is always friendly in the evenings and makes great drinks. In the daytime, Lisette is just as welcoming, and everyone’s smiles help make the day brighter. Come by and check it out.

Oscar made us a fantastic cocktail at Bar Margarita in the Catalonia resort. He was funny, welcoming, and really friendly. We had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by for a pool drink made by Oscar.
