I stayed for 7 night and had a great time. The staff were welcoming and really nice, the pool area was beautiful, and some nights there were events like karaoke and music. Prices are very good too. I highly recommend it and will stay there again.

We booked a 67m2 apartment through BOOKING, but were given a tiny room where we could barely fit our closed luggage. The room we first got wasn’t even listed on BOOKING, I assume because it didn’t meet the required standards. After a very long discussion, staff wouldn’t take responsibility for the mistake and “upgraded” us to a room that was only a little bigger and still had terrible standards. Finding a suitable socket to charge my phone was difficult, so I had to unplug all the TV facilities. The bed was awful, and its 140cm size might be fine for one person but definitely isn’t standard for two. After more frustrating discussion, we decided to cancel and leave straight away. Staff were far from professional and made no effort to offer suitable compensation. The hotel kept shifting responsibility to booking, and it seemed to me that it was taking advantage of tourists. There was loud music playing from staff at 11:40pm, and they only turned it off when we said we’d call the police. The next morning, we had to wait to get a refund for the unused nights because they didn’t have USD, even though we’d paid them in USD the night before. It felt like they expected us to leave without a refund, or wanted us to wait and make things even worse. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had anywhere in the world, especially because staff couldn’t resolve the problem. At the time I’m writing this, they still offer the 67m2 apartment on Booking.com for the price of the tiny closet we got, even after we asked them to change it. I think it’s obvious they’re scammers trying to rip off tourists. A hotel like this shouldn’t be offered to international clients on international platforms, especially in a country that depends on tourism.

It was mostly clean, but the front desk employee didn’t seem to know much and had to call someone about everything. The hallways were a bit noisy, and the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. One smelled like a dirty armpit.
