The room was hot without AC, and it wasn't clean. There's noise from both the street and the restaurant downstairs, and the shower needs attention. It also smells humid all the time. Some cheap places still feel like a smart bargain, but this one didn't.

Good value for the price. The room is a bit small and has no air conditioning, but the shower was good. It's very near the beach on a quiet street.

The rooms get hot and humid, especially the top-floor one we had, and there's no AC. Still, the place is away from the center's noise and hustle, with the beach and a little supermarket nearby. I loved the decor, the style, and all the small details. The woman managing the place was super friendly and helpful.

We ate at the family-run restaurant downstairs three times in four days because we liked the food so much. For the beach, the closest one is only 150 m away, though we preferred Punta Poppy beach, about a 30-minute walk. There's a small local shop there where you can get fresh local coffee for 25 pesos. The guest house is around a 20-minute walk from the "city centre," so the location was okay for us. The owner was kind and shared local advice. She also messaged us when maintenance meant the water would be off for 30-40 minutes. We enjoyed the friendly cats, and the internet worked very well. There's a small shared area with books and board games, plus free drinking water. Despite some negative reviews, we decided to try Casa Delfin Guest House and ended up really enjoying it. The room design was super cute, and there was a small fridge with enough room for some groceries and drinks. When we arrived, the room and bathroom were very clean, and we got fresh towels and soap. The maintenance lady checked on us on the second night of our four-night stay and brought fresh towels.
