The beach is gorgeous and felt safe for the kids, and the staff were helpful and easy to deal with. I had a great time here. I just wish the restaurant had more choices, and that the way to the main entrance were better lit and marked.

I wanted a private place to unwind over a long weekend, and this gave me that. The rooms and hotel are beautiful, and the water at the beach is clean. The sunset was romantic too. The restaurant felt a little expensive, so I went into town to buy what my family needed. The restaurants there are much better.

The location is lovely, with a beautiful private beach, and the restaurant food was very good. But that was the only good part for us. Our room was badly outdated and needs serious renovation. The wood doors, closets and dressers were cracked and needed paint. There was only one TV, in one room. We had no hot water, and although they said they fixed it, it lasted only about half a day. The air conditioner didn't work, so we sweated all night. I reported that too. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, and the shower heads didn't work. In one room, we couldn't use the bathroom at all because of this. We paid a lot, plus food and drinks at the restaurant, and it wasn't worth it. I've stayed in five-star hotels for less that had much better rooms. Disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere.

The beach and rooms were lovely, and the food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant could use more choices, though, and the whole property needs maintenance. I tried to arrange a spa visit three times without success, and the manager never called me back.
