For USD 3000 a month, unit 6 was underwhelming, despite having a great ocean view and position in the complex. I saw the other condos too, so I can compare the options. The small complex itself faces the beach and is well located. Inside, the linens weren't clean, the pillows were stained, and a few pillow protectors were moldy, so I had to bleach them. The indoor and outdoor furniture was grimy and stained. The plates and glasses were plastic, the pots and pans were useless, the cutlery was worn, and there were no sharp knives. Screens didn't keep bugs out properly. The kitchen faucet was loose. The washing machine leaked onto the unit below, so I had to stop using it; a replacement took a while, and the new one makes a terrible noise when spinning. There was no drying rack, and the dish rack was skanky. The walls need repairs and paint, and the curtains need a proper cleaning. There was no scuba equipment as advertised, no tea towels, and none of the basic condiments the alleged property manager advertised. If you have to stay in this unit, book directly with the owner. Use other booking people at your own peril and expense, and don't expect help if something goes wrong.

I spent 10 wonderful days at Stelle. The staff couldn't have been kinder, and the pool area was stunning. The beach was also beautiful, just a quick five-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay.
