We spent a week in a very clean one-bedroom apartment, and the size worked perfectly for the two of us. The location suited us well since friends were staying just down the road, and the beach is right across the street. Breakfast was good, and the service was good too. The bathroom was the weak spot. The shower was cramped, the showerhead sat too high, and the folding glass door wasn’t great. The toilet worked, but its tank float kept sticking, so we left the lid off and tapped it down whenever needed rather than asking to have it fixed. On this, our third trip to Las Terranes, the beach looked like it was in the poorest shape we’d seen. We don’t blame the hotel, since it doesn’t own the beach and can’t control stormy weather. It’s a comfortable beach stay for a reasonable price, just far from five-star quality.
