10/10
The lively area works well for couples or solo travelers of any age, and the hotel ended up feeling like home. The room was okay and matched its description. Juan Carlos, the front desk manager, was especially attentive; Winsin, Agustin, Stephanie, the other front desk staff, and the cleaning staff were all kind and professional. The simple à la carte breakfast was fresh and delicious, made with love. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

A free breakfast and plenty of restaurants within a two-minute walk are nice extras. This is a clean, comfortable budget hotel one building off the Malecón, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The hot water, TV, AC, lights, bedside lamp, and little mini-fridge all worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price is well worth it, though it's no Hilton. Don't expect an ocean view from the room, but from the Malecón you can enjoy sunset from a restaurant with tropical palms in the view. I'd stay here for an inexpensive overnight.
