The hotel staff were kind and professional, but the owner made our stay awful. My wife and I were staying there, and my sister-in-law came to visit. She briefly used the pool and was in the middle of booking a room when the owner came in, shouted at us, and gave her two minutes to leave. He wouldn’t listen to anything we said. It was aggressive, rude, and completely out of line. We felt so disrespected that we left right away. If being treated decently matters to you, I’d think twice about staying here.

The apartment was extremely dirty, especially in all the corners, and the kitchen was filthy. The furniture, towels, and fan were old, the ceiling was cracking, and the doors were broken, so the place didn’t feel safe. The pool had far too much bleach. They said daily cleaning was available, but it never happened, even when we called reception. After check-in, we were told visitors weren’t allowed in the apartment. We couldn’t get a refund when we arrived because they don’t offer refunds. It was a horrible stay.

The location near the beach was excellent, and the room cleaning was good, but the place is very dated. The bed was comfortable, though the couch needs replacing. There were very few kitchen utensils, towels, and bedding items. I wouldn’t choose it for a week-long vacation.

There are several good restaurants nearby, local markets within walking distance, and the beach is only about 40m away. The room was exceptionally clean, without a speck of dust or sand, and the whole property seemed very well maintained. The staff were accommodating and spoke good English. I’d been looking for decent accommodation at a good price and had considered staying downtown, but this felt like the perfect combination. I’ll definitely stay again.
