We stayed a month, splitting our time between a villa and an apartment in this beautiful community. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff and security are friendly. The pools have a gorgeous mountain view. Green One is still developing; the gym should be ready soon, and the bar beside the main pool also looks like it may open soon. The restaurants are consistently amazing, but opening before 11:30 for coffee and a simple breakfast would help. Golfers and beachgoers have nowhere to eat before then unless they go to Green Jack for an early meal. I can't wait to see what changes over the next year. My one complaint is having to wear a bracelet just to eat at the restaurant. Jacktar down the beach doesn't require one from diners. Our guests needed bracelets too. If I ran a beach restaurant, I'd let anyone come in, especially since the restaurants didn't seem very busy during our stay.

I had the cassava patties and three strawberry mojitos, all fresh, delicious, and a 10/10. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and relaxed atmosphere made it even better. I wasn't staying at the property, but the welcome and hospitality from start to finish were outstanding. At the entrance, Humberto, the security guard, asked if I was with a group and kindly explained the beach club's policies and restaurant choices. On the beach, Gissett gave me wonderful service, with real kindness and professionalism. Thanks to the whole Green One Beach Club team inside Playa Dorada for such an enjoyable visit. It's so peaceful and quiet here, a lovely place to unwind. I stayed a few days and had a great time. The staff were great, and the women at the front desk were always ready to help and answer questions. I liked the pools and beach and would definitely stay again. Totally recommend it.

We love this place and have been here a couple of times now. The pool, beach, and staff are great. We also enjoyed the piano concert in the lobby at night.

The pools, beach, and gated setting made for a really relaxing, secure-feeling stay. Our villa was lovely, and Moran was quick to help whenever we needed something, usually getting back to us in around 10 minutes. One problem, though: the air conditioning units were extremely moldy and made us feel unwell. I’ll let the host know in hopes they can address it for future guests. I’d recommend staying here if you want a beautiful place to unwind.
