We rented A23 Punta Palmera through VRBO from Kevin in January 2026, and the condo was lovely, with a spectacular view and the beach only steps away. The whole visit was wonderful, and Kevin and his on-site host, Hector, were very helpful. Kevin's website also had useful information about the unit and surrounding area. We enjoyed how quiet Punta Palmera Beach was. A short walk or golf cart ride took us to Api Beach, where there's a restaurant and bar. Renting the golf cart made it easy to get around. Casa Costa was our favorite restaurant, with amazing food and service. We'll definitely return to Cap Cana!

The ocean views were unbelievable, and we had a great time here. There were all the amenities we could ask for, including fishing, sailing, and kayaking. Great people and a great host. Can't wait to go again next year.

We had a private chef, went on a fishing trip, and enjoyed a massage. The accommodations were beautiful, with true oceanfront beach access, privacy, seclusion, and all the amenities available. I've stayed in this part of the island before, and it didn't compare to this place.

The host was excellent to communicate with, always available and helpful. The apartment was just like the photos: comfortable, modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a few fantastic days. It's quiet and very safe, and a cook was available for an extra fee. Can't wait to go back.

The ocean view is fantastic, and the apartment itself is lovely and really comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, secure community.
