Even though our visit was short, we had a wonderful time and want to thank everyone. The walk to the beach was so beautiful we spent nearly an hour getting there on the first day, stopping to take in the views and photos along the way. The pools were fantastic, the bartenders were top-notch, and housekeeping and the entertainment team helped make the hotel great. Anderson greeted us at reception and made us feel at home right away. Fanelis and Pamela were always helpful with questions and gave us great advice. The service throughout felt so caring and warm. We'll definitely be back 10,000 percent. Thank you! LIA ❤️

Hanzel, the happiness coordinator, was the highlight of our stay. He was energetic, engaging, and incredible, and he and the beach happiness crew made the trip ten times better. We had a couple of issues, but other people made up for them. We'll come back because of Hanzel and the team.

This was our second year at the resort, and the people are still what make it shine. Flor, Katherine, and Lesly at the piano bar were lovely, always smiling and anticipating what we needed. At Thalassa, Anyuli made our anniversary and Valentine's Day meals feel special by decorating the table and taking care to make each dinner wonderful. Ana was so sweet and looked after us as soon as she saw us, which made us feel welcome. The resort is beautiful and clean, and the rooms are lovely, but it's the staff who made the trip memorable. Thanks to everyone, and hopefully we'll see you next year.

We came back to Bloved on our last night specifically to have Yanelis look after our table. She was excellent, and the whole staff was happy, kind, and accommodating. The food arrived promptly, with tasty Dominican dishes as well as familiar options. It was our favorite restaurant at the resort, great food, fun, and wonderful people. Sorry about the photo, dessert was too good to wait!

The staff treated us like family and gave us great service. Hansel from the entertainment staff really stood out. He did a great job keeping us entertained and also offered feedback and support when we needed it. My experience was absolutely amazing, and I'd give him 5/5 🌟. Thank you! 🌊☺️👍
