Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana - All Inclusive

We spent most of our time at the pool with the swim-up bar and lazy river. They can both get busy, but if you pick a spot early, around after breakfast, you’re set for a good time. The beach waves were too rough for swimming, though they made the scenery even better. It’s a beautiful beach. We were there the first week of February. There was a little rain, but the weather was fantastic. The best part of the stay was the friendly, efficient service from everyone. The dancers and entertainment team brought lots of fun, and bar and waitstaff were attentive and quick. Kenny, Cookie, Cristy, Babyface, and many others made us feel welcome and keen to visit again. Would recommend.

We came with our 16- and 13-year-olds, and neither ever said they were bored or complained. There’s plenty for teens, and though it’s family-friendly, it doesn’t feel like a kids-only resort. We bowled and played pool at Coco Arena almost every night, where Deury and Dalian kept things fun and lively. The entertainment surprised me too. The shows were impressive, and the cast and crew were outgoing and talented, even for a blue-collar guy who doesn’t usually rave about resort shows. The beach was spotless, the cleanest I’ve seen at a resort. Grab a swing seat at the beach bar and enjoy the view. We also had a great time snorkeling and taking surf lessons with Rocky at Sea Pro. The whole property looked well maintained, with normal wear from use and climate, and the grounds were in top shape. Food and bar service were excellent throughout. Julio at the Preferred breakfast bar and patio was amazing, Anderson was a great server, Nixon at the water park bar always welcomed us with his huge smile, and Luis at the taco truck was great for a quick bite. Miguel, our Unlimited Vacation Club rep, was fantastic. We didn’t buy a package, but he stayed friendly and professional and said hello every day without pressuring us. Elbierto, our waiter/butler, checked on us daily and was incredibly attentive. The whole staff was welcoming. We had an amazing stay at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, beyond what we expected, and would absolutely return.

My sons especially loved entertainer Babyface IYKYK, and there was lots for every age to do. The resort was clean, the beach was great, and my two kids, 7 and 10, had a blast. It’s a great family place. The staff make it special, and the beds were comfortable. Food wasn’t anything special, but we could always find something for everyone. Pool chairs could be hard to find on busy days.

Marta made the membership presentation at Dreams Macao Beach in the Dominican Republic a really positive experience. She was friendly, professional, and knew her material well. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and kept the process comfortable and pressure-free. The way she treated me makes me happy to recommend the resort and its team.
