We booked in January 2026 for a June 2026 trip with our family of 6. The hotel was supposed to open April 1st, 2026. My wife contacted them on Instagram and was assured it would be open by then. Then on March 26, Fiesta Americana told us the hotel wouldn’t open this year and said they had transferred our reservation to Wyndham Alltra Puta Cana Hotel. We called Wyndham Alltra Puta Cana Hotel to check, and they said there was no transferred reservation from Fiesta Americana Funeeq under our name. I’ve tried to get an explanation from the Fiesta Americana Funneq team, but nobody answers my questions. I don’t know what’s going on with the hotel or its administration, but don’t book here. They’re unreliable, and this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had so far.

I booked in January 2026 for a June 2026 stay with my family of 6. The hotel was meant to open on April 1st, 2026, and I checked with them on Instagram; they assured me it would be ready. Then on March 26, Fiesta Americana messaged to say it wouldn’t open this year and that my reservation had been transferred to Wyndham Alltra Puta Cana Hotel. I called Wyndham Alltra Puta Cana Hotel to confirm, but they said they had no transferred reservation from Fiesta Americana Funeeq under my name. I’ve tried repeatedly to get an explanation from the Fiesta Americana Funneq team, but nobody has answered my questions. I don’t know what’s happening with the hotel or its administration. Don’t book with them. They’re unreliable, and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. The customer service has been terrible.
