The staff made this resort feel so welcoming from check-in through check-out. David took his time answering our questions, and Luis Eduardo Peña made omelettes at the morning breakfast buffet. Diana greeted people at almost every restaurant, from 7am until late at night. At the buffet, Pedro remembered us from day one and always knew our drink order. He was the best, and I can see him thriving in any role. Carmen checked on us by the pool and brought our drinks, while Garcia at the steakhouse kept our wine glasses full. Marcos at the bar was great too. Shout out as well to the cook preparing the pork chops, steak, and chicken, though I didn’t catch his name. I’d rate the resort 10/10, highly recommend it to anyone staying in Punta Cana, and would definitely return.

I had a lovely few days here with my friend. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, a great place to unwind, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. Leandro deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out.

We’re back from our third trip here, and we’re already looking forward to coming again. The beach bar team, Carlos, Freily, German, Fermin and Angel, are so friendly and courteous, and make delicious drinks. Jose at the pool bar is great too. And please ask for Garlier as your butler. He’s incredible and makes sure we’re well taken care of. We keep coming back for him. Thanks for another great vacation!

The private beach was beautiful and relaxing, though it could use a little more cleaning, which seems fairly common on beaches in the Dominican Republic. Everyone we spoke with was welcoming and courteous. There’s a great choice of restaurants and drinks across the resort, and Vespa, the Italian restaurant, was one of our favorites. The pool party was another highlight, fun, lively, and well organized. A wonderful spot to unwind, eat well, and enjoy the atmosphere.
