Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana ‐ Adults Only ‐ All Inclusive

The food at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana was the biggest surprise for us. Resort meals have let me down before, but everything here was phenomenal, especially the Potato Gnocchi at Noodle and Thread. I also loved the Gabriella cocktail at Gabriella’s Lobby Bar. We spent plenty of time by the pristine beach and excellent pool, usually with Miami Vices or Dirty Monkeys in hand. The room was so comfortable, and the kind, accommodating staff made sure we were looked after. We booked it for our honeymoon and it went beyond every expectation. We hope to return soon.

The spa was unlike any experience I’ve had, and I’d absolutely return. We loved the food everywhere we ate, with the hibachi as my favorite, and the drinks by the relaxing pool were incredible. Our room was gorgeous, especially the soothing shower with both a rain shower and another section. The property is beautiful, and the service was top notch. INCREDIBLE RESORT!

The room was spacious and spotless, with a breathtaking beach and ocean view. Housekeeping came daily, provided evening turndown, and even checked in around midday with water, towels, and anything else we needed. Our butler, Osiris, was attentive and available all week. Anthony and Daniela at The Pier also gave us outstanding service. Food and restaurant variety were far better than at any other hotel we’ve stayed in. The extra-cost Blind Butcher experience was phenomenal, with dancing and singing performances every 15 minutes. We also enjoyed the nightly shows and unexpected performances by talented artists around the resort. We stayed in the adults-only Zilara section, while the resort also has the family-friendly Ziva side. The staff were so welcoming and thoughtful that we felt like part of the family. Thanks to Pedro Thomas and his whole team, especially Jenny and Darling, for their exceptional hospitality. We’ve just come back from an incredible week that exceeded our expectations.

We loved having an adults-only resort with the option to go next door to the Ziva side for some restaurants. I’m still dreaming about the Burratta Pizza at the Italian place. The staff take real pride in their work and try hard to make the stay memorable. We’ll be back. Activities were a big part of our holiday. Manuel and Kayla from the activities department got guests involved in crafts, aqua fitness on water bikes, darts, and silent disco. Manuel kept us laughing and active, and when our daughter felt unwell and missed a craft, Kayla made that day’s project for her to take home. Ashton at the front desk and Patti, our room attendant, were lovely, and Mayreni was the best. We also miss Hyatt and Ziva, the stray kitties who showed up each night. Free pet therapy! The musicians entertained us all week. Our only critique: less Adele at the pool, LOL. Our son was thrilled with the impressive gym, which he said was as nice as or nicer than his gym at home, and there’s an outdoor pickleball court too. We stayed over the December 2025 holidays. The immaculate, upscale resort felt like a little city or a cruise on land.
