Jose alesi ban Jazmin gave us amazing customer service and made wonderful drinks. He greeted my whole family every time and remembered our order each day. He really made the trip feel extra special. He’s the best there!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had such a great stay at Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana, and Team Nick made a big difference. Bella and Noah had the time of their lives, and Bella is already asking when we can come back. The character meet-and-greets, games, dance parties, and daily activities were all highlights. Everyone on Team Nick was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming, and they made a real effort to include the kids and make them feel special. Noah loved every activity he joined. Seeing the kids smiling all week made the trip worth every penny. Thank you, Team Nick, and Marioni, for your kindness, energy, and for giving our family memories we’ll always treasure. The kids had an awesome time at the nick park, and the team there treated them with so much kindness. We also had some of the best pizza, made by ALUIS, and a great burger. My 6 and 1 year old had a blast, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s seriously the best resort for kids. I almost gave it five stars, but the team at Jazmin and fresco pool BAR could be friendlier. The service team at the park was honestly the best. Thanks so much for being so kind to my kids.

The whole family had a great time. Near the waterpark, Junior asked us to leave a review and taught us a little Spanish, though I was too drunk to remember it! 😁 It took us a few days to figure out how things worked because the information was hard to find. The bigger waterslides are tucked away with no clear signs pointing to them, and it was the same with the shows. We missed events for a few days before we worked it out.
