Playa Palmera Beach Resort

Our concierge, Micker, was wonderful and made sure we had what we needed. His kindness and attention to detail made a real difference, and he genuinely cared about making the trip enjoyable. Sebastian was helpful throughout, and Anthony at the beach bar made the beach days more fun with great drinks and even better energy. The staff’s hospitality made our Punta Cana stay a 10/10. We’d absolutely come back.

It’s an affordable resort with a gorgeous beach, and I felt very well looked after. Micker was the most helpful concierge I’ve had in all my travels. He checked on us every day, got medicine sent straight to our room when we were sick, booked taxis and excursions, and made sure things in the room were working. That guy does it all. He should be running the place!

The beach and pools at Playa Palmera in Punta Cana are stunning, and we had an amazing stay. Micker made it especially easy, handling everything from a smooth check-in to room service and tour arrangements. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout, and our beachfront getaway felt completely stress-free and memorable. Sebastian always greeted us with a big smile, and the women at Roxxy nightclub kept the drinks flowing and the energy fun all night. We loved the food at Miami Chula, though the service could be better. Thanks for making the vacation so special. Highly recommend Playa Palmera!

After some problems at my previous resort, I came here and really enjoyed myself. They turned things around for me, and I felt like I got to experience the authentic DR way. Jacket was the one in charge and handled us every time. Aaron was on point too, and everyone was great!
