Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

The main lobby bartender, Manuel, really made our vacation. He was friendly, brought great energy to every visit, remembered our drinks, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We got back from our trip last week after an amazing stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. There was plenty of food variety and it was consistently good. The Japanese restaurant’s sushi was the highlight. We’d happily return and recommend the resort.

Robelin helped sort out the few hiccups we ran into, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We stayed in an Elite room, which I’d recommend for the private pool, room service, and poolside service. The hotel was clean and reasonably well maintained, and we didn’t get any of the pushy upsell pitches other people mentioned. The food was average at best, and a few restaurants were really underwhelming. Still, it was a positive stay and I’m glad we went. I probably wouldn’t return, though I’d prefer to spend more for something at a higher price point.

Magnificent 💯 The staff and the adults-only Serenade were wonderful. The place was clean, the scenery beautiful, the rooms spacious and updated, and the ambiance was mwaaa. Thanks to Heribert Matos and Chayrel Pascual for making our vacation worth every coin and every minute. Don’t hesitate to book. I’m looking forward to coming back ☺️

The security guards around the property, including the beach patrol, helped us feel comfortable leaving our things on our chairs while we went for a swim or a walk. The staff were helpful and spoke enough English that we had no language barrier. The "Animacion" team was hilarious and kept things fun. My girlfriend and I picked the Serenade All Suites Adults Only after comparing a lot of resorts for our first Caribbean trip. Our room was roomy and very clean, and housekeeping did a good job every day, even mopping up the sand we tracked in from the beach. The buffet had lots of choices and was generally tasty at every meal. We tried the sushi place, steakhouse, La Palapa, and the sports bar, with no complaints about any of them. Sushi was our favorite. Drinks tasted good and weren’t watered down. Some were even a little strong for me, though I don’t mean that as a complaint. Bottled water was available everywhere, and neither of us had any stomach problems from the food or drinks. It was great value and left us wanting for nothing. If we return to Punta Cana, we’ll book with Serenade again.
