The beds and pillows were comfortable and looked clean, the mini fridge worked, and the pool was open. I saw the staff clean it each morning. Breakfast was good, with three choices, though getting more than one meal costs a little extra. There were no hangers or iron in the room, but they offered to steam clothes for a low price. We were in town for a wedding and stayed three nights because this place was nearby. The bad reviews about bugs were true for us: we found roaches in the bathroom sink, though I didn't see any in the bedroom. The bigger problem was the club next door. From about 7:30 pm until 4 am, Friday through Sunday, the music was so loud it felt like we were inside the club. I don't know how it is Monday through Thursday. If you're fine with country life, a few bugs, and loud music, it might work for a night or two. Otherwise, I'd look for an Airbnb nearby.

The pool could use a lot more attention, and breakfast needs some improvement. The whole place feels like work is still underway: some rooms need repairs while others seem finished, and everything looks like a process. The club is fine if you want to smoke hookah and have a drink, but it isn't really a place for dancing. The hotel itself could use updating.

The staff were ready to help with anything, and the restaurant serves a simple but good breakfast. My room was comfortable, with a good shower that stayed warm and a bed I slept very well in. The hotel is a nice place to stay, about a 20-minute walk from the city center.

For the price, I had a good time and didn't mind the small flaws. The room was a bit mediocre, with marks on the walls and doors, an old TV, and worn countertops, but those details didn't concern me much. The food had a mix of Latin flavors, though the dishes were short on sides and presentation. It's excellent value if you go in expecting something cheap.

I stayed for two weeks and had a great time, so I'll be back. The staff were nice, the room was good, and the pool, tennis court, and basketball court were all nice to have. The food was good too, and you can get it delivered to your room. There's also a bar and lounge behind the property. Great for the price.
