The outside looked beautiful, but the stay itself was full of problems, and we couldn't enjoy it because of how we were treated. When my mother asked for a different coffee maker because the one provided was black and dirty, the owner yelled at her. She also asked for blankets for me and my brother since the Airbnb could get extremely cold. The owner was one of the rudest people I've dealt with, and the people involved were among the most unprofessional. Once our reservation ended, we moved to another Airbnb instead of extending it. I wouldn't stay here again. Update: Now the employees are trying to portray my mother and me as disrespectful, which is laughable. We have photo and video evidence that we behaved in the most professional manner, while they did not. I was told this rental was run by shady individuals and didn't want to mention it in a review, but now that my integrity is being questioned, I feel I have to. A company willing to blame the customer publicly instead of ever apologizing privately is beyond me.
