The building is very secure, in a busy, safe community, and the grounds are well maintained. They mop the entrance and stairs every morning. A colmado is within walking distance, and the main highway is about a 2-minute drive away, giving access to the airport and central Santiago. For food or grocery deliveries, the guard calls from the gate to check before letting the driver in. From the higher floors it's peaceful and calm, with a nice breeze and good views of the city lights.

It's a nice place so far. We'll see how it is once more people start moving in.

A great place to live, close to both the airport and the city.

Really good condo, about five minutes from the monument, with the airport and plenty of shopping centers nearby.
