Best price, cute little rooms, and a great area of Santiago.

I stayed for three days and paid roughly $8500 DR pesos. The room had no windows, but it did what I needed: a place to lay my head. It was inexpensive and included breakfast, coffee, juice, and free WiFi. I could have booked an air B&B, but that wouldn’t have included those things.

I usually have a hard time sleeping away from my own bed, but here I felt at home. It was clean and quiet, and the AC was just right. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great, awesome stay 👏💤

The staff were the worst. They had no service mindset and were liars. Stay away from this hotel. The location was bad, the street noise was loud, and the walls were thin. It was hard to get good sleep there.

The bathroom walls had humidity on them, and the TV had low definition. I know the place is cheap, but the quality shouldn’t be lacking. Nobody answered the phone at night when I wanted to check a few things that hadn’t been explained at check-in.
