The restaurant was extraordinary, and my room was excellent, with a very large, clean bathroom. The location was okay, but getting around seemed difficult without your own transport. They should pay more attention to handling luggage. I think the employees could be more diligent when guests arrive.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. I found the staff and service pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I didn’t get to try the food, but there’s a beautiful, spacious rooftop restaurant with great views of the area. I’ll definitely consider this hotel for my next stay in Santiago.

I loved the room layout, the modern touches, and how well kept the hotel was. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the whole place smelled great. This is the cutest boutique hotel I’ve stayed at in Santiago, with a location that’s near everything without being too close. There’s private parking on the 1st level. I didn’t get to try the restaurant, maybe on another visit. They made our stay lovely, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent, and checkout was easy. They welcomed me with a complimentary passion fruit drink, and I extended my visit by one day. I love the modern decor, and the hotel is close to the new Agora Santiago Mall. The restaurant upstairs was excellent, too. I had a great mojito and a surprisingly good mocha Frappe that I asked him to make for me. It came to about $3.50 usd. I’ll definitely stay here again.
