For the price, the location is great. You get the basics and a complimentary breakfast, plus parking on a first-come, first-served basis. It was clean and sits in a main part of the city, close to everything. Some things in the room seem old and need changing, so I can’t give it five stars. Otherwise, I recommend it and will definitely return.

The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with a/c and beds that worked well for us. They met our needs for two nights and were priced very well. Parking out front was sometimes available, and there’s a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Breakfast is included and we were satisfied with it. It’s close to everything we needed, and we’d stay again. Great value if all you need is somewhere to rest and shower.

Roaches, and more roaches. I spent a weekend here after Chatgpt recommended it as clean and cheap. It was very cheap, and the room looked clean, but there were problems. The room was tiny, the working refrigerator was a plus, but the furniture and the two towels looked worn and dated. After I’d been there a while, I noticed roaches. They let me switch rooms, but the air conditioner in the new one smelled awful, and there was a strong bleach odor from cleaning. Then I found another roach in the bathroom. The place is basic and loud because it’s near a main Street. There’s no elevator or iron, and there’s really nothing there unless you bring it yourself. I think there were two hangers in my closet. On the plus side, the staff were really kind and pleasant, and breakfast is free. They don’t give you much, but you can choose a small omelette or mangu, plus juice, watermelon and another kind I can’t remember. It’s in a great location near the new huge mall and the bus station, and getting Ubers is very easy. Would I stay again? Only if they renovated and got rid of the roaches. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My room looked clean and smelled good, but the bathroom was tiny. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way, so water collected on the floor, and the drain didn’t work. Dirt and hair from the drain ended up in the backed-up water. Yuck! The TV didn’t work properly either: I picked a channel, but nothing appeared. I went to the front desk, and the young man said he’d come check it out, but he never showed up. The worst part was a machine of some kind in the back yard, behind my room. It made a loud thumping sound every 5 minutes all night. Even with the windows closed, I couldn’t sleep. It was very late, so I had to put up with it instead of going to another hotel. I checked out the next morning at a loss of money, since I’d paid for two nights. I asked to speak to a manager, but he or she was nowhere to be found.
