I don’t normally leave reviews, but we only booked for one night because we wanted to be near the airport, and I had to say something. The apartment is spacious, but AC is only in one bedroom. There weren’t any clean towels. The ones in the hall closet had holes and stains, and the sheets were stained and didn’t smell clean. We lost power twice and had to sleep in the dark without a fan or AC. As you can imagine, it’s no cooler than 80 degrees in DR. Please, please don’t book here. They’re very irresponsible and seem to care only about the money.

A good neighborhood to live in, though some neighbors don’t follow the rules.

The place is kept up well and feels clean. Vehicle access is controlled well, and the neighbors keep things quiet and orderly.
