The host is extremely friendly, and it’s close to everything. The residence is well kept and very clean. Always a pleasure to spend the night there.

It felt very safe, though the area is a little residential. I arrived and booked quite late, but the manager was still on site and available. The room and linens were clean, and the AC was cold. I’d stay again.

The place is super clean, the facilities are comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. It’s in a very quiet, central area, which worked especially well for work. I’d come back.

The room and facility were lovely, but loud construction on the roof started at 7 am and cost me a few hours of sleep. By 9, there was no breakfast available and nobody around to check me out. I eventually tracked down some random guy who was friends with the owner. I’m easy to please, but come on 😂

The recently updated room was great and just right for two people. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s an easy walk to stores and restaurants, and a decent walk to the monument. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m in Santiago.
