The bed and the employees were the only parts I liked. The women bringing breakfast each morning and the front desk staff were good. The owner doesn't seem to have the money, or may be giving up on the place, because the employees aren't set up to succeed. We'd stayed twice, once before and once after the ownership changed. Our second visit was this past June 2024, and it'll probably be our last. There are the basics, a bed, bathroom, breakfast, and even a pool, but the room rugs and showers were dirty. It also took a while for hot water to come through. Breakfast used to be served downstairs, but now it's delivered to the room, which I wasn't fully comfortable with. Coming down the first time meant we could at least see the food being prepared fresh. The stairs couldn't be used, so the elevator was the only way up. That was concerning too: the manufacturer's limit was an entire family or 8 people, but it wouldn't move with more than 4 aboard. If you're stuck and need one night, it may do. Otherwise, I don't recommend it.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and easy to talk to. It looks like renovations are happening, and the top floor looked great. Our room, though, felt outdated and had a strange smell. The first night the shower only gave us cold water, and the pressure wasn't great. Service was great.

It was nice and quiet until nighttime, when club music downstairs started thumping. It didn't bother me, though. There was some confusion over the bath towels, so be sure to count yours. I'd stay here again.

The bathroom smelled awful, and the rug was dirty with a bunch of crumbs on it. Room service was the worst I've ever seen. The crew gave off bad vibes, and most seemed to have an attitude like they didn't want to work there. It felt like they took your money without making every penny count. A really bad experience, and the worst decision I've made. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before coming here.

The price felt right, and my fiancée and I had a really lovely five-day stay. It was his first time in the country, and he fell completely in love with my country. Iftali and Eric at the front desk were absolute angels, and the security team was fantastic too. Special thanks to Catorce. We couldn't have asked for more.
