The hotel did have hot water and AC, but getting there by car was impossible because construction was happening on both roads leading to it. The place was old, dirty, and rusty, with dust everywhere. I was also bitten by insects during the night.

David was especially helpful and attentive during our stay. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast at a nearby café was excellent. The hotel itself is a little worn and outdated, but its location in the Zona Colonial is hard to beat. It’s a budget-friendly choice if you’re fine with a simple room and just the basics.

David always makes sure my stay is great, and I really like the breakfast here. Whenever I’m in Zona Colonial, this is the hotel I choose. The staff are friendly and attentive, and many speak English and Spanish. Booking is easy, and I never have trouble getting things done. Five stars.

The breakfast is served at Roma Cafe, the hotel’s restaurant one block away, and it was good every day. The rooms are large, with an old-school, classic feel. I found the hotel very welcoming.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and they let me stay until 6 p.m. when I asked about a late checkout. Checkout is normally at 1 p.m. My room was spacious, nice, and clean, with clean white bed linen. Breakfast was included, and the price was very reasonable.
