Booking.com had to step in and arrange somewhere else for us after the property refused to honor our reservation. Our company had booked a consultant's stay through Booking.com and provided the payment details in advance. At first, the receptionist was busy on her phone on one of the couches. When she came to the desk, she spent another 30 minutes checking the reservation with her manager. After I said I'd leave an honest review about the poor service, they refused the booking and pressured us to cancel it ourselves so they wouldn't face penalties. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. While we waited in the lobby, everyone who came in or left was complaining about a different problem. The administration was the worst we've encountered, so avoid this place.

A full suite at a reasonable price, very tidy, and it has parking, a stove, a fridge, a rooftop pool, and a balcony in the room. Piantini is a good neighbourhood, though it's a bit far from zona colonial. Very nice place.

The room was basic but comfortable, and good value. The building is conveniently located. The friendly, awesome front desk staff were the best part of my stay.

It's a new building, but there's a lot left unfinished, and it wasn't comfortable to stay in. The check-in took longer than ever, even though we were the only guests checking in. The treatment was really unprofessional, and it was expensive too. I don't recommend it.
