I was moved between three different rooms and found roaches in every one. After changing rooms each time I saw them, I gave up after the last move.

The floor was really dirty and the AC didn't work. The location was the only thing going for it. There's a reason it's cheap.

The price is good, and I'd recommend the place. It's right in Zona Colonial, within walking distance of interesting sights, food stalls, and even the nearby beach. Parking is free and secure. The hotel and rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi works well, and the hot shower has good pressure. Staff are friendly. There's also a nice terrace with good views and a small pool. A great place to stay in Santo Domingo.

I was back at this hotel from Wednesday, April 9 through Thursday, April 24. I travel to DR twice a year and always stay here, so I already know the kind of environment to expect and am familiar with most of the staff.

I've stayed here three times, and each stay has been super great. The hotel employees and their manager, RENZO, treated me so well and made the visits really nice. They took care of everything I needed.
