I stayed here once in 2022 and again recently. The earlier stay followed a severe injury when I was pushed off their roof. After I came out of a coma, they were helpful. But when I had to leave a few days after the accident, they wouldn’t refund the month’s stay or the 5000 pesos for food I couldn’t receive while I was in a hospital in Florida. They shouldn’t run a hotel if they can’t be honest.
2/10
I had a really bad experience there. The people working there were crazy and thieves, and they didn’t clean or treat guests well. That includes Annie, Janet, Nancy, and almost everyone else on staff.
8/10
Good hospitality and a convenient location. You get a lot for your money here.
10/10
Nice staff and a comfortable setting.
8/10
Good service.
