Please stay away. I found bed bugs on the sheets, and when I asked for clean ones, they said they couldn't provide another set. The towels were stained too. The water was cold, there was no small refrigerator, and I couldn't find an outlet to charge my phone. I also told them to pick up my food delivery, but they left the driver standing outside without opening the door. The place felt dirty and unprofessional, and I wish there were somewhere to complain about its cleanliness.

The workers tried to provide good service, and when we had a problem, they worked on fixing it right away. The AC kept the room cold, and the Wi-Fi, TV, and cable were all good. The water, though, could be too cold or too hot, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. It was dirty sometimes, the shower smelled bad, and I found a bandage under the bed along with a lot of dust. The room for three didn't feel nice because you could see into the bathroom. I also didn't feel safe there. A lot of strange people came to visit, and once I felt like they were following us. Some hotel workers asked me for money, saying they were hungry. Many Haitians work there and live in the hotel rooms, and I think they should live apart from the visitors. The hotel changed ownership about a year ago. They first quoted me a higher price, then offered a lower one after I said it was too expensive.
