The room was more than big enough, the hotel was VERY clean, and hot water, essential for a shower, was there. It’s in a peaceful area with local stores across the street and plenty to do nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful, too. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in the area, and none compare. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely return. Thank you Patricia, it was a real pleasure.

The location worked really well for us, close to cathedrals, parks, the boardwalk, and more. The staff made us feel like family. They even helped us with shopping and finding cashiers. Mr. Patrick was especially attentive and caring.

After the owner gave me a special welcome, everything was fine. I may have misunderstood what “Deluxe room” meant: mine had no window, which may be common in this area. It was small, with a slight smell, a few mosquitoes, and very little water flow.

A bed was on the floor, and the rooms were interior rooms. There was food debris in the toilet and hair on the sheets. So much needs improving.
