Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, tasty choices and a lovely setup that made mornings feel like a great start. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo feels brand-new, with stylish modern amenities and thoughtfully designed, comfortable rooms and shared spaces. The location is ideal for restaurants, attractions, and the buzz of Santo Domingo. It exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

This was our second stay, and the staff were again so helpful. An emergency meant we had to leave a day early, and they did everything they could to make checkout go smoothly. The hotel is very nice and perfectly located for shopping and great restaurants. The rooftop pool has amazing views and drinks, especially at sunset. I can’t wait to come back.

We felt welcome every day, and the staff were great and very friendly. The location was excellent, and parking was easy and smooth. A 10 out of 10 stay all around. We’ll be back, keep up the great work!

A storm kept us indoors, but the hotel had everything we needed. The gym was immaculate, the restaurant AON was just right, and the customer service went beyond what I expected. Raymer and Franklin at the front desk were especially hospitable and gave exceptional service. I came from Santiago because Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo had the amenities I wanted, and it delivered. Their welcome alone makes me look forward to staying again.
