We were there from November 17th to November 22nd, and although they didn't have the room I'd reserved, they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel has everything you need, including a restaurant and pool. Everyone on staff was super nice, especially Orlando, Sam, and Bianca at reception. It's in Zona Colonial, right on the Malecón, which is perfect for jogging or walking by the beach. I'll definitely come back. If you want to feel welcome and safe, this is the hotel for you.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! We arrived at 10:15 PM last Friday, November 21, after traveling 14 hours, with a reservation for 10 people. At check-in the receptionist told us the hotel was overbooked, and nobody made any effort to help. A terrible experience.

We only used this place for one night. It's right beside el malecon, santo domingo, which is a great location. I think it's a 3-star hotel, and the food and drinks are good.

The day pass for the pool is available Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day, with the buffet included. It's right in front of the sea on the Malecón of Santo Domingo. There's spa service for relaxing, plus a casino and discotheque. It's near a park and Juan Baron Place.
