Emmy made our breakfast better with excellent service from beginning to end. She was friendly and attentive, kept checking that we had what we needed, and had such a great attitude.

Emma made us feel valued throughout the experience. She was kind, professional, and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Her service was amazing, and she’s a real asset to the team.

The restaurant server Ericka was very attentive, and I really like the taste of the breakfast, though I wish there were more choices. The location is excellent, and the staff are nice. This was my second stay, and the broken ice machine on my floor was still out of order, so I had to go to another floor for ice. Breakfast was the main reason I came back. I kept editing this review as the days went by. The room I had was making me sick: after about seven nights, I realized something was biting my leg, maybe mosquitoes or bed bugs. My eyes were bothering me and felt swollen, which was really uncomfortable. When I tried the lower faucet today, I couldn’t open it, so I asked the room attendant for help. What came out of the faucet was disgusting. I requested a room change and they eventually moved me. My health concerns improved in the new room, but on its first night the air conditioner felt weak compared with the one in my previous room.

Katerine made me feel genuinely welcome, even though she was clearly busy. She was warm, kind, and attentive, and took great care of me. The breakfast buffet was also excellent today, with a wide variety of fresh food prepared with care. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. Thank you so much, dear Katharine, for your effort and positive attitude. I’ll remember it.
