I stayed for four days, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area was great, with a poolside bar and a food truck next to it. There was live music in the lobby on Fri and Sat night, and the gym was big enough for a full workout. Bravo supermarket is within walking distance. I'd recommend Dominican Fiesta to anyone.

The pool staff gave us attitude when we asked for towels, like we were interrupting them. A lifeguard also made my daughter leave the 6 ft section, even though she’s an expert swimmer, had a floaty, and was the only guest in the water. He split the pool with the divider and said she had to use the 1 meter area for “politics reasons.” The hotel is old and badly needs renovation, and the staff need training in guest service. It’s far from the airport, so taxis there and back cost around $30-60. The customer service was very bad, the pool was dirty, the rooms were old, and the hallway rugs smelled dirty. Don’t go here.

I was in town for a business conference and got sick during the trip. Ramón in Guest Services called a pharmacy twice to arrange medicine and supplies for delivery, which saved me the stress of figuring out how to Uber there. The conference center and its staff were good for our 3 day event. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower nice, and there was lots of counter space in the bathroom. It’s also in a nice location, with shops and places to eat within walking distance.

The pool was great, and there’s a big gym with cardio equipment, Nautilus, and weights. Dining was top quality and good value. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Eight excellent days, no regrets. I’ll be back.
