The pool is the best part of this property, and the red and white color scheme looks good. It’s on a nice road and could be amazing with proper maintenance and a professional administrator. But the units are very small, the grounds are gravel with no concrete, and I saw dog and cat feces everywhere. Residents leave trash and debris around, and management doesn’t seem to keep the place up. The paint across the building is peeling and looks years overdue. There’s also an untidy vacant lot next door. There are better options on the same road and nearby. With new properties on both sides and one being built across the street, this place still looks like the worst maintained property on the street. **UPDATE ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER’S REQUEST THAT I NAME THE UNIT I STAYED IN:** I never said in my post that I stayed there. I’m an investor, and I went to see several apartments for sale yesterday, June 28th. It’s a 13 unit complex built in 2014, and from what I saw, the maintenance is horrible. I spoke with the administrator, who is probably the person replying to me. You couldn’t even come down from your second floor balcony to help us. Some of your staff were setting up cameras in vacant units with the doors open, while guys sat in front of the property. I experienced everything I mentioned in my post. I took over 30 pictures and would be happy to post them if you want. I don’t know what “paid killer” means, but it’s the most ignorant thing I’ve ever heard. I don’t appreciate being called that. I write reviews from my own experience, and I welcome anyone to go see for themselves. I found the property deplorable. You could have a gold mine on this great street, but you choose to let the place look neglected. I meant every word I wrote. I wish I got paid for reviews, I’d love that! Know your facts before calling people names and making things up about who I am or saying I’m paid to post negative reviews about you. I’d never met you before yesterday and hope I never have to again. Best of luck with the property. Get off that balcony, grab a bucket of paint, and at least start painting the front. That’s what needs doing.

For the price, it was good value and I’d stay again. It’s a small, no frills apartment, but the hot water was good and the food was pretty good too. Everything you might want is around a 10 or 15 minute walk away, or about 5 minutes by moto. The bed was the one thing I didn’t like, it wasn’t very comfortable.

The grounds and accommodations are really nice, and the staff were super friendly. It’s a hidden gem, with a great pool and a fully gated property that has security around the clock.

The TV was broken, and the wifi didn’t work. There was no English at all. Avoid.
