Near Sosua beach, this is a well-planned community in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the airport and feels very safe, with security and a gated entrance. The plans include nice swimming pools and a restaurant. The real estate sales staff and management are professional, with excellent communication.

Residencial Los Castillo is a peaceful, beautiful place about 1.5 kilometers from Puerto Chiquito and 13 minutes from the municipality of Sosúa. There's a sense of harmony and tranquility, and the people care for one another. Foreigners and people from other places have already come to build homes in this little piece of God's land. You can buy an apartment or a lot to build your own house. It seems like a lovely place for peace of mind for you and your family.
