Sosua Paradise Condos

It's incredibly peaceful, and I felt very safe here. I could shop for groceries and make full use of the kitchen. There's a pool on site and access to a very secluded beach out back. The staff were amazing, friendly, and engaging while still giving me privacy. Polanco, the top security guy, was especially thorough and sincere. When I went for my covid test before traveling, he checked in because he was worried I might be sick or hurt.

The online photos were very misleading. Our condo had leaking kitchen pipes, and it took six weeks to get them repaired. Then the washroom started leaking, followed by another leak in the kitchen. We left two months early because the repairs weren't being done. Other condos were in similar condition. The appliances, furniture, and curtains all badly need upgrading, and the condos as a whole are in great need of repairs.

Sosua Paradise gave me a terrific week-long vacation rental. I wanted somewhere quiet and romantic that was still close to Sosua downtown and Cabarete city, and this place fit. Everything was as good as it was described on their website. It's hard for me to have a bad time in the DR, with its beautiful island and lovely, charming people. I recommend this place.

Right in the heart of sosua, this is a nice place to stay. The staff are really nice, including the watchman who looks after everyone, ''Israel''. The manager is respectful and easygoing about service. Hugs from Jendry
